
Emma Strutt APD
Emma Strutt is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist, earning her degree from the University of the Sunshine Coast. Initially working within the hospital system, and with previous experience as a research assistant, she now runs Greenstuff Nutrition.
Emma is a Fellow of the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine, holds a Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition through eCornell University and is a qualified yoga teacher (200hrs). She has a special interest in plant-based nutrition, having followed a vegan diet for well over a decade.
One of Emma's big passions is sustainable eating (and food systems) - to ensure our planet stays happy and healthy too. To complement her nutrition knowledge in this area Emma has also completed a Diploma of Sustainable Living and a Grad Cert in Climate Change Adaptation and advocates for the planetary health benefits of a plant-based diet through co-hosting the Planet Pulse Pacific podcast.
