Apple berry bircher muesli
Save time in the morning and prepare a big batch for the week. Filling, tasty and full of wholegrain goodness.

Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
2 cups water
5 fresh dates, chopped
1 tsp cinnamon
2 apples, grated
1.5 cups plant milk
2 cups frozen berries
Directions
Place oats in a bowl with water, chopped dates, cinnamon and grated apple, and mix well.
Place in an airtight container in the fridge overnight.
When ready to serve, add defrosted berries and serve with your choice of plant milk.
