- Student membership is open to anyone currently enrolled in study at a tertiary institution.
- Membership for concession card holders is open to anyone who holds a concession card as defined by Services Australia or Work & Income New Zealand.
As at 1 April 2025 concession card membership, for new or renewing members, is also open to Super Gold Card holders in New Zealand, and the holders of a Seniors Card as issued by your relevant state in Australia.
