Apple berry bircher muesli

Save time in the morning and prepare a big batch for the week. Filling, tasty and full of wholegrain goodness.
Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups water
- 5 fresh dates, chopped
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 apples, grated
- 1.5 cups plant milk
- 2 cups frozen berries
Directions
- Place oats in a bowl with water, chopped dates, cinnamon and grated apple, and mix well.
- Place in an airtight container in the fridge overnight.
- When ready to serve, add defrosted berries and serve with your choice of plant milk.
