Stephan is a business professional who was born and raised in Switzerland and spent most of his professional career working for large multi-nationals in Australia, Europe and the US. He established the American and International Boards of Lifestyle Medicine, helping to bring standardized lifestyle medicine certification to all corners of the globe. Stephan is passionate about being a walking talking example of optimal health and motivating others to be the best they can be.
